Respect in Sport Certification

Respect In Sport Certification

In an ongoing effort to foster a safe and enjoyable environment for our athletes, Hockey Alberta has implemented a Respect in Sport Program where one parent/guardian is required to complete the Respect in Sport (Parent) program before registering a player. This certification is valid for 4 seasons and has a May 1st expiry.

The online course will take approximately 1 hour to complete and has both audio and visual features. There is a small fee to complete the course for each family, however multiple children can be attached to the profile.

You can access the program and details associated with the certification process through the tabs on the RIGHT.

Please Note:

Your player will NOT be considered registered or permitted on the ice (including evaluations) until this is complete and has been recorded on the players HCR file.

Respect in Sport Parent and Respect in Sport Activity Leader are NOT interchangeable.
