- Register as an individual - $165/per golfeR
- Register as a team (max 4) - $600/per team

SPMHA is driven by a volunteer group of dedicated parents and as a team we take on the task of fundraising for our Player Development Program. We’re offering a 6-Tier Sponsorship Program for this event. We are seeking cash and/or items sponsorship, each tier comes with its own set of sponsorship benefits.
